Stack-based buffer overflow in NVIDIA Jetson Linux allows local users to execute kernel code through unvalidated task input. The nvdla_emu_task_submit kernel routine processes unvalidated task input into a stack buffer, permitting an out-of-bounds write. Low-privileged local access is required; exploitation permits privilege escalation, data disclosure or modification, or a system crash.
