File access and device disruption via path traversal

Path traversal in CODESYS V3 products allows remote authenticated users to read or modify system files and interrupt devices. The runtime file-access path handling fails to confine low-privileged requests to intended resources, exposing operating-system files and resources outside the authorized sphere. A valid low-privileged CODESYS account and network access are required; successful use can alter files or interrupt device operation.
