Authenticated code execution via editable included template

File inclusion in the template management module of UCMS 1.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The custom-page editor saves attacker-supplied PHP into footer.php, which inc/func.php later loads through include when the site front page renders. Access to the administrative background and its custom-page controls is required; successful exploitation runs the saved code in the web application process.
