Session-cookie theft via unsanitized patient fields

Stored XSS in PHPGurukul Hospital Management System in PHP 4.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via patient fields. add-patient.php inserts several POST fields directly into tblpatient, and multiple patient views later echo the stored values without output encoding. Doctor access is required to submit the payload, and another user or administrator must view a patient record before the script can steal session cookies.
