Unauthenticated router crash via unchecked speed_dir

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC10 firmware 15.03.06.23 allows remote attackers to crash the router via a crafted HTTP request. The SetSpeedWan handler inserts the controllable speed_dir value into ret_buf with sprintf without checking the destination size. Unauthenticated network access to the web interface is sufficient; the published proof of concept demonstrates a crash, not code execution.
