Router crash via unbounded page parameter formatting
Published Oct 17, 2022 · Updated May 15, 2025
Stack overflow in Tenda AC10 firmware 15.03.06.23 allows remote attackers to crash the router through a crafted HTTP POST request. The /goform/NatStaticSetting handler passes the user-controlled page value to sprintf for insertion into gotopage without enforcing a size limit. No privileges or user interaction are required according to the published assessment; the available proof of concept establishes a crash but does not demonstrate code execution.
