Stored script execution via Raw HTML comment

Stored XSS in Backdrop CMS 1.23.0 allows remote authenticated users with administrative privileges to execute script via a crafted comment. The comment form stores an unneutralized HTML event-handler payload when Raw HTML is selected and renders it for browser execution after saving. Administrative access and selection of the Raw HTML editor are required, and the demonstrated consequence is script execution in the rendered page.
