Stored XSS via unneutralized Card Body markup

Stored XSS in Backdrop CMS 1.23.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript when crafted Card content is viewed. The Card Body field stores attacker-controlled markup selected under the Raw HTML editor and renders it without neutralizing executable event-handler attributes. Administrative access to create the Card and select Raw HTML is required, and script execution occurs when the saved content is rendered.
