Authenticated code execution via unrestricted profile-image upload
Published Oct 11, 2022 · Updated May 20, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in Wedding Planner 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP via the profile editor. The users_profile.php endpoint accepts a profile_picture named shell.php and stores it under admin/upload/users without preventing execution. An active administrative session is required to submit the multipart request; requesting the uploaded file then runs its PHP payload in the web server context.
