Local file inclusion in Chamilo 1.11.16 allows remote authenticated users with big-file-upload access to expose local files. The bigUpload.php postUnsupported handler passes the POST key to setTempName without filtering dangerous characters or filenames. Access to the big-file-upload feature is required; selected server files can be copied or moved into the web directory, exposing their contents.
