Authenticated internal-network probing via Runner advertise address

Blind SSRF in affected GitLab CE/EE releases allows remote authenticated users to make GitLab connect to local addresses through a Runner. A malicious Runner's session_server advertise_address bypasses URL-blocking validation, so opening a web terminal triggers a blind TLS GET to the supplied internal host. Runner configuration and web-terminal access are required, and the demonstrated request reveals no response body.
