Unauthenticated metadata disclosure via unfiltered modification history

XWiki Platform 8.1 through 13.10.7, 14.0.0 through 14.4.2, and 14.5.0 through 14.5.4 exposes private metadata to remote attackers. ModificationsResourceImpl.getModifications adds each history query row to the response without first checking the caller's VIEW right on the referenced document. No authentication or user interaction is required; a network request reveals otherwise hidden page names, comments, modifiers, and revision details but does not alter wiki content.
