Tag deletion or renaming via missing CSRF check

CSRF in affected XWiki Platform releases allows remote attackers to rename or delete tags through forged requests from a user's browser. The Main.Tags renameTag and deleteTag branches invoke tag-changing APIs with request parameters before validating the form_token CSRF value. Exploitation requires a user with tag-management access to load attacker-controlled content, after which tags can be renamed or deleted under that user's session.
