Cross-site request forgery via substring content-type matching

CSRF in Fastify 3.0.0 through 3.29.3 and 4.0.0 through 4.10.1 allows remote attackers to issue cross-origin application requests. The content-type parser uses substring matching on the raw header, so a browser-simple media type containing application/json as a parameter is dispatched to the JSON parser. Exploitation requires a victim to load attacker-controlled content while authenticated to an application with a state-changing JSON route that relies on CORS preflight for protection.
