Message spoofing via missing untrusted-session warnings

Insufficient UI warning in Element Classic iOS before 1.9.7 allows remote attackers controlling a homeserver to spoof trusted messages. The room-event rendering path omits the warning-shield decoration when a Megolm event is decrypted through a session whose trust cannot be established. Control of the affected account's homeserver is required; injected messages can be mistaken for messages from verified room members, without reported data disclosure or service interruption.
