Memory disclosure or crash via unchecked attribute index

Out-of-bounds access in Google TensorFlow before 2.8.4, 2.9.0 through 2.9.2, and 2.10.0 allows attackers to read memory or crash a process. MakeGrapplerFunctionItem sizes its argument-attribute vector from the inputs, then indexes it with an untrusted FunctionDef attribute index without first checking the bound. Processing a crafted function graph is required; the invalid access reads out-of-bounds process memory or terminates the process.
