Process crash via overflowing tensor dimensions

TensorFlow before 2.9.3 and 2.10.1 allows remote authenticated users to crash processes via oversized Poisson loss tensor dimensions. The tf.keras.losses.poisson path multiplies y_pred and y_true through BinaryOp; dimensions that overflow int32 produce a size mismatch during broadcast assignment and terminate the process. Exploitation requires an application to accept attacker-controlled tensors and invoke this loss function, so impact is limited to availability of that process.
