Memory disclosure and corruption via truncated channel ID

Out-of-bounds access in Contiki-NG before 4.9 allows physically proximate attackers to read or write memory via a crafted BLE L2CAP channel ID. In get_channel_for_cid, an 8-bit temporary checks only the low byte of the 16-bit CID, but the full value is recomputed and used to index l2cap_channels. BLE proximity and a crafted L2CAP frame are required; the resulting pointer can expose adjacent memory or let input_l2cap_frame_flow_channel overwrite it.
