Server crash via unchecked EAP-SIM lookup

Denial of service in FreeRADIUS Server 0.9.3 through 3.0.25 allows remote attackers to crash the server via an unknown EAP-SIM option. In unmap_eapsim_basictypes, a failed dictionary lookup returns a null value that the attribute-decoding loop dereferences without checking. Exposure requires manual EAP-SIM configuration because the module is disabled by default, and the documented consequence is limited to a server crash.
