Stack corruption via unchecked EXIF count

Out-of-bounds write in OpenImageIO 2.4.4.2 allows attackers to corrupt stack memory via an image containing crafted EXIF metadata. OpenImageIO::add_exif_item_to_spec converts the attacker-controlled TIFF directory count to a signed integer, passes it unchecked to OIIO_ALLOCA, and writes parsed rational values into the resulting stack buffer. Processing the malicious file is the required gate; observed results include uncontrolled crashes, while carefully chosen counts permit attacker-controlled stack writes and code execution.
