Improper privilege management in F5 F5OS-A 1.x before 1.1.0 and F5OS-C 1.x before 1.5.0 allows local users to affect the controller. F5 attributes the flaw to excessive permissions on an undisclosed file, enabling a limited command set inside a container to affect the controller. An authenticated local account is required, and the vendor assessment reports no confidentiality impact while bounding integrity impact to low.
