Heap corruption via Forms use-after-free
Published Nov 29, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Use-after-free in Forms in Google Chrome before 108.0.5359.71 allows remote attackers to trigger heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. Google has not published the affected Forms object, lifetime error, or stale-pointer operation because the referenced bug details remain restricted. A user must load attacker-controlled HTML; successful exploitation corrupts renderer heap memory, while code execution or sandbox escape is not established.
