Unauthenticated settings changes via Command Center CGI

Missing authorization in Kyocera Command Center allows remote attackers on an adjacent network to alter MFP and printer settings. The Command Center CGI accepts device-configuration change requests without verifying that the requester has authenticated to the administrative interface. Reachability requires network access to Command Center, and successful exploitation changes device configuration without an authenticated session.
