Kernel-stack disclosure via SysClockGetres padding leak

Information disclosure in OpenHarmony 3.1.4 and earlier allows local users to read four bytes of kernel-stack data through SysClockGetres. SysClockGetres copies an incompletely initialized time structure to user space, including four padding bytes that retain kernel-stack contents. Any local process that can invoke the syscall can obtain the four-byte disclosure on each call; no network path or user interaction is required.
