Privilege escalation via installer DLL sideloading

Uncontrolled DLL loading in Sony Content Transfer (for Windows) 1.3 and earlier allows local users to execute code with installer privileges. The installer searches its own folder for a specific DLL and loads that file without constraining the search to a trusted location. Exploitation requires a user to place an attacker-supplied DLL beside the installer and then run the installer, after which the DLL executes with the installer's privileges.
