Code execution via unchecked PSD thumbnail width

Heap-based buffer overflow in OpenImageIO 2.3.19.0 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code by supplying a crafted PSD file. PSDInput::load_resource_thumbnail trusts the resource width as a destination stride without comparing it with the JPEG scanline buffer allocated from the decoded width, so get_pixels writes past that heap allocation. Processing the file through the PSD input path is sufficient; the overflow can corrupt memory and execute code in the consuming process.
