Code execution via oversized CSR title copy

Out-of-bounds write in Open Babel before 3.2.0 allows context-dependent attackers to execute code through a crafted molecular file. CSRFormat::PadString uses strncpy with the attacker-controlled title length to copy into a 100-byte heap buffer, so an oversized title writes past its end. Exploitation requires the file to be processed through the obabel CLI, OBConversion API, or language bindings; successful corruption permits code execution in that process.
