Cross-site scripting in BlueSpice 4 before 4.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in wiki pages through crafted default page-header content. The BlueSpiceDiscovery skin inserts editor-controlled header HTML into rendered pages without sanitizing it, allowing browser markup and script execution in viewers' sessions. Exploitation requires a logged-in account with edit permission and a victim viewing the affected wiki page; the documented impact is arbitrary HTML and script execution in that browser context.
