Remote code execution via DeSerializeBinary deserialization

Deserialization of untrusted data in Delta Electronics InfraSuite Device Master 00.00.01a and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code. DeSerializeBinary accepts a network packet without validating its serialized content and reconstructs attacker-controlled objects. Exploitation requires Device-Monitor to connect to an attacker-controlled server, after which code runs with the current user's privileges.
