Unauthenticated server crash via malformed URL decoding

Improper exception handling in kujirahand Nako3edit 3.3.74 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the editor server via a crafted URL. The file query parameter reaches decodeURIComponent without protection from malformed percent encoding, so a lone percent sign terminates the server. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation interrupts the editor service until it is restarted.
