Authenticated file disclosure via filename path traversal

Path traversal in Nokia NFM-T R19.9 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files through the Network Element Manager. The Network Element Manager accepts the filename parameter under /oms1350/data/cpb/log without restricting relative path components to that directory. An authenticated NFM-T session is required, and the documented consequence is file disclosure without file modification or service interruption.
