SYSTEM code execution via untrusted Listener commands

Origin validation error in Trend Micro Apex One 2019 and Apex One SaaS agents allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. The Apex One NT Listener service insufficiently validates the origin of commands before accepting them from local processes. Low-privileged code execution on an affected Windows host is required, after which attacker-supplied commands run with SYSTEM privileges.
