Worker crash via duplicate MP4 atom processing

Memory corruption in affected F5 NGINX releases allows local users to crash a worker by triggering processing of a crafted MP4 file. The ngx_http_mp4_module parser accepts duplicate container atoms instead of rejecting already populated atom state, allowing malformed metadata to corrupt worker memory. Exposure requires a build containing the optional module, an active mp4 directive, and the ability to make that module process an attacker-controlled media file.
