CVE-2022-41735Network attack vector

Credential disclosure via Process Admin Console script injection

Published Dec 7, 2022 · Updated Apr 22, 2025

Cross-site scripting in IBM Business Process Manager allows remote authenticated users to disclose credentials through its Web UI. The Process Admin Console accepts user-supplied content and renders embedded JavaScript in another user's trusted browser session; IBM has not disclosed the affected field or missing output-encoding operation. An authenticated user must inject the content and another user must view it, enabling script execution and credential disclosure within that session.
