Service interruption via unbounded multipart form parsing

Resource exhaustion in Go standard library mime/multipart before 1.19.6 and 1.20.0-0 through 1.20.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt services. Reader.ReadForm undercounts map-entry, part-name, and MIME-header memory while allowing a small multipart body to create an unbounded number of temporary files. Exposure requires an application to parse attacker-controlled multipart forms through Reader.ReadForm or the affected net/http request methods, resulting in memory or disk exhaustion.
