Application crashes via oversized TLS handshake records

Denial of service in Go standard library crypto/tls before 1.19.6 and 1.20.0-0 through 1.20.0 allows remote attackers to crash applications. Conn handshake processing accepts a large peer-supplied handshake record and panics while constructing the corresponding response; the public patch record does not disclose the narrower failing operation. Exposure covers all TLS 1.3 clients, TLS 1.2 clients with session resumption enabled, and TLS 1.3 servers requesting client certificates.
