CVE-2022-41663

Code execution via CGM parser use-after-free

Published Nov 8, 2022 · Updated Apr 21, 2025

Use-after-free in Siemens JT2Go before 14.1.0.4 and affected Teamcenter Visualization releases allows context-dependent attackers to execute code. The CGM parser accesses memory after releasing it when processing a specially crafted CGM file. Exploitation requires a user to open the file, and successful code runs with the current process's privileges.
