Newsletter modification via trusted nested object input

Improper access control in Ghost 4.46.0 through 4.48.7 and 5.0.0 through 5.22.6 allows remote authenticated users to alter newsletters. The updateMemberData function accepts a caller-supplied newsletters object from /members/api/member/ and passes it to the member update service without restricting nested newsletter fields. A self-registered member account is sufficient on sites with members enabled, the default, enabling newsletter content changes and stored script execution when an administrator edits the newsletter.
