Database disclosure via unescaped cg_order query concatenation
Published Dec 26, 2022 · Updated Apr 11, 2025
SQL injection in Contest Gallery and Contest Gallery Pro before 19.1.5.1 allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The order-custom-fields-with-and-without-search.php file concatenates the unescaped cg_order POST value directly into an SQL query. At least Author privileges are required, and successful exploitation exposes sensitive information stored in the site's database.
