Code execution via undersized TIFF tile buffer

Heap-based buffer overflow in OpenImageIO master-branch-9aeece7a and 2.3.19.0 allows attackers to execute code via a crafted TIFF file. TIFFInput::read_native_tile sizes m_rgbadata for one byte per tile pixel before TIFFReadRGBATile writes a four-byte RGBA value for every pixel. Processing the attacker-supplied tiled CMYK image is sufficient to corrupt heap memory, causing a process crash or code execution in the process context.
