Stored XSS via missing nonce validation
Published Nov 18, 2022 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site scripting in Agile Store Locator 1.4.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject malicious scripts through forged requests. The plugin's handle_request function lacks correct nonce validation, allowing a cross-site request forgery to change settings and persist script content. Exploitation requires tricking a site administrator into clicking a crafted link; injected scripts then execute in visitors' browsers and can alter page content or access data available to that session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
