Unauthorized topic relocation via missing CSRF validation

CSRF in Asgaros Forum 2.2.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to move forum topics by inducing a privileged user to submit a request. The topic-move handler performs the state-changing move without validating an anti-CSRF token tied to the privileged user's session. A logged-in moderator or administrator must interact with attacker-controlled content, and successful exploitation relocates topics without consent.
