Client-agent crash via unhandled artifact getter panic

Denial of service in HashiCorp Nomad editions 1.0.2 through 1.2.12 and 1.3.0 through 1.3.5 allows remote authenticated users to crash client agents. The client artifact getter invokes go-getter on an invalid S3 or GCS source URL without a panic-recovery boundary, allowing a library panic to terminate the agent process. Authenticated submit-job capability is required, and exploitation interrupts the affected client agent without reported data disclosure or modification.
