Memory corruption in the fingerprint TA in HarmonyOS 2.0 and EMUI 11.0.1 and 12.0.0 allows local users to interrupt fingerprint service. The trusted application mishandles attacker-controlled file content, causing a heap overflow, out-of-bounds read, null-pointer dereference, or related fault. Root permission is required, and the documented consequence is abnormal fingerprint-service operation rather than device-wide compromise.
