Unauthenticated data disclosure via inconsistent length handling

Improper length handling in Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0 and 2.1 and EMUI 11.0.1 and 12.0.0 allows remote attackers to read data. The communication framework module fails to truncate attacker-controlled data consistently with its length parameters, enabling out-of-bounds access. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published impact is limited to confidentiality with no integrity or availability loss.
