Module statistics corruption via out-of-bounds array read
Published Oct 14, 2022 · Updated May 14, 2025
An out-of-bounds array read in Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0 and EMUI 12.0.0 allows remote attackers to corrupt module statistics. The storage maintenance and debugging module reads beyond an array boundary, but Huawei has not disclosed the faulty access or input path. The network path is unauthenticated and requires no user interaction; the reported consequence is limited to incorrect module statistics.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
