CVE-2022-41564Network attack vector

EMS administrative access via exposed transport passwords

Published Feb 14, 2023 · Updated Mar 20, 2025

Credential exposure in affected TIBCO Hawk Console releases allows remote authenticated users to read EMS transport and EMS SSL passwords. In TIBCO Hawk 6.1.0 through 6.2.1 and TIBCO Operational Intelligence Hawk RedTail 7.0.0 through 7.2.0, the console returns both secret values, but TIBCO has not published the responsible function or request path. A privileged authenticated Hawk Console account is required, and disclosure grants credentials needed for administrative access to the connected EMS server.
