Stored XSS in Delta Electronics DIAEnergie before 1.9.01.002 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The PutLineMessageSetting API stores attacker-controlled line-message content without neutralizing browser-executable input before later rendering. An account and user interaction are required; exploitation runs script in the victim's DIAEnergie web session, allowing data access or changes within that session.
