Local sensitive-data exposure via temporary files
Published Nov 1, 2022 · Updated May 5, 2025
Sensitive-information exposure in Hitachi Analytics probe components allows local users to read sensitive data from temporary files. The Linux Analytics probe in Infrastructure Analytics Advisor 2.0.0-00 through 4.4.0-00 and Ops Center Analyzer before 10.9.0-00 writes sensitive information into temporary files. An authenticated local account with low privileges is sufficient, and the published impact is limited to confidentiality.
