Authenticated database disclosure via injectable id parameter
Published Oct 14, 2022 · Updated May 14, 2025
SQL injection in Open Source SACCO Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database content through the id parameter. The manage_user.php handler executes SQL syntax embedded in the id query value instead of treating it solely as an identifier, returning selected database values. The published proof requires a valid Super Admin session and demonstrates disclosure of the active database name.
